1. Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $35.
2. Express Delivery: For faster shipping, choose Express Delivery for $9.50.
3. International Delivery: We ship internationally for a flat rate of $25.
4. Standard Delivery: Orders under $35 are shipped for $8.50.
5. Tracking: Tracking is available for orders under $60 as an optional add-on at checkout for $3.50.
Can I track my order?
For orders under $60, we use Australia Post's Priority Untracked Letter service. This helps us keep postage costs low, allowing us to pass those savings directly to you, our valued customers. If you would like to add tracking to your order, you can do so at checkout for an additional $3.50.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 2-4 business days. We ship via Australia Post and Sendle, and the estimated delivery times are based on the information they provide to us. Delivery to WA, NT, Regional QLD, and Regional SA may take longer than standard delivery times. Please note that we cannot control the speed of delivery, and actual times may vary due to factors such as public holidays or postal delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to locations worldwide for a flat fee of $25. Regardless of where you are, we can deliver our products to you. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing in your country.
How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can update it in our system. If your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to change the address, and a redelivery fee of $8 will apply. Please ensure you double-check that you've entered the correct address when placing your order, as we are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to avoid any issues.
