Easy-To-Follow Matcha Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of matcha powder

    Method:

    1. In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
    2. Remove the mixture from the heat and whisk in the matcha powder until fully incorporated.
    3. Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
    4. Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions to churn the ice cream.
    5. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze until firm. Scoop and enjoy your homemade matcha green tea ice cream.
